While Digital Leftovers, LLC is committed to excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as results can be influenced by third-party platforms, market shifts, and factors beyond our control.
All content on Digital Leftovers, created by Digital Leftovers, LLC, is our exclusive property. Any materials, logos, or brand assets provided by the client for use in advertising campaigns remain the client's property. The client grants Digital Leftovers, LLC a license to use such materials strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed services.
Payment for services will be conducted as specified in the individual service agreement or agency contract. Invoices for monthly retainers or project-based work are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service suspension or incur additional fees.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the timelines and cancellation policies outlined in the specific contract. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately for any breach of these Terms. Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and outstanding payment obligations shall survive termination.
Our Services are provided "AS IS." Digital Leftovers, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our digital platforms or reporting tools will be completely error-free or that access will be continuous.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the specified jurisdiction in the service agreement, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
